Build your own workflows

  • - The new in-app Workflow Editor lets your team design and manage document workflows directly with no developer involvement required. You can assign users at each transition, require or skip comments, control transition order, organise workflow options, and restrict access by user role.

Change Requests, end to end
Change Requests have seen the most significant enhancements in this release.
  • - Place a CR on hold while awaiting external input, then resume seamlessly.
  • - Forward a CR to another user without resetting the workflow.
  • - Favourite CRs for quick access from the home page.
  • - Re-open a Change Request after authorisation.
  • - Cancel your own Change Request at any point before authorisation.
  • - Add a custom message when creating a CR, with an embeddable CMS block for tenant-specific guidance.
  • - Bulk upload Change Requests from a spreadsheet, including support for partial retries.
  • - Bulk number allocation, with default numbering per repository.
  • - Bulk sheet support to add multiple sheets in one step.
  • - REVISION + NEW SHT combinations are now supported on the same drawing.
  • - Filter by vendor, validation status, modified date, and CR number.
  • - Export to XLSX, including comments.
  • - Generate a PDF summary of any Change Request.
  • - Bulk move CR documents.

A faster way to find documents
  • - Search history is now available in the global top navigation.
  • - Filter chips display selected values clearly.
  • - Tag filters are retained in the URL, making views shareable.
  • - File name filters now support starts-with and ends-with.
  • - New Does Not Equal filter operator.
  • - Search by Change Request number from anywhere.
  • - Auto-complete tags from curated lookup lists.

Big files, better viewers
  • - 3D point cloud files (LAZ/LAS) are viewable in-browser via Nimbus.
  • - Rebuilt IFC viewer with improved performance and tools.
  • - Rift PDF viewer with markup tools and reusable signatures.
  • - STP files rendered natively.
  • - Excel viewer uses browser-native print.
  • - Open the viewer in a dialog for side-by-side comparisons.

Custom PDF stamping
  • - Create custom stamp templates and apply via workflows.
  • - Available to all users, not just administrators.
  • - Multi-page exports support different paper sizes.
  • - .msg attachments are rendered into PDFs.

Document control improvements
  • - Document renaming keeps files, renditions, OCR, and metadata aligned.
  • - Restrict or unrestrict documents from multiple locations.
  • - Multi-group assignment for documents.
  • - Document collections can be shared with groups.
  • - Support for uploads up to 500 MB.
  • - Filter documents by type.

  • - Date tags now include a date picker (DD/MM/YYYY).

  • - Added support for creating custom redline palettes using your own DWGs or symbols, such as process or electrical symbols.

  • - A link to the latest release notes has been placed at the bottom of the screen, providing quick access to the most recent updates.
  • - Document Controllers can now dismiss all validation issues for a single drawing in one step, simplifying the review process.

  • - Administrators can now add custom Points of Interest (POIs) to the map view, enhancing location-based management.

  • - TXT files are now included when generating thumbnails, renditions, and XRAY content, giving you a more complete view of your documents.

  • - Added an option to switch to satellite view on the map for a more detailed look at your surroundings.
  • - Added support for attaching ZIP files to RFIs, making it easier to include multiple documents at once.

  • - Fixed an issue that occasionally showed incorrect project document counts when documents were linked to multiple projects. Counts should now display accurately.
  • - Native drawing xrefs are now downloaded automatically whenever you download a drawing, saving you an extra step.

  • - Stability improvements while quickly moving through the document repository.
  • - Refined the rules for inserting historical revisions. Major revisions are now assigned Master status upon import while minor revisions continue to be assigned Draft status.
  • - The advanced search page has been optimised for both smaller and larger monitors. Scroll bars are now easier to select and only displayed when required.
  • - Currently selected documents are cleared when a new search is performed.
  • - Projects in the favourites list now display the correct number of team members.
  • - The project overview has been refined to accurately reflect the project completion status where some documents have been archived or deleted.
  • - Change Requests can be created directly from a Collection or RFI.

  • - Collections can be successfully shared via a URL outside of the application.

6 March 2025

  • - The invitation workflow for external users has been improved to streamline the registration process. The expiry countdown begins when the new user clicks the link in the invitation email instead of when the invitation is first sent. This update means invitations sent on Friday afternoon will remain valid when not actioned until the following Monday.

  • - Setting the tag value to __CLEAR in the package import sheet will clear the corresponding tag value for the existing document upon import to Lunr.
  • - Adding the optional New__File__Name column to the package import sheet allows users to specify a new file name for the document.
  • - Adding the following columns to the import template will include the corresponding metadata in an export report: Workflow Status, Workflow Reviewers, Workflow Assignees.

  • - Project team members can now subscribe to receive daily email notifications that list documents added to or removed from the project.
  • - Project team members can use the Export to Excel function to export a report of all documents assigned to the project without needing to select them first. This function works the same way as in the document repository.
  • - Search results now display the project or projects that a document has been assigned to.

  • - A CAPTCHA has been added to login page for enhanced security and privacy.
  • - External users can now choose to authenticate using an authenticator application instead of email.
